Deluxe Cruise Sweepstakes: Rules of Participation A deluxe Cruise for two to your choice of destination from among available options, which include Alaska, Mexico and Greece plus, round trip airfare to the city of embarkation. Accommodations are provided in a standard cabin based on double occupancy. Some restrictions may apply. Arrangements for coach class air and cruise accommodations and itinerary will be made by The Manhattan Club. Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entires received. Entries must be completed by December 31, 2009. Drawing will be held on January 31, 2010. All travel must be completed by March 31, 2010. Void where prohibited. Employees of The Manhattan Club, its parent company and affiliates, and their families are not eligible to participate. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted unless at the discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes on total, approximate retail value are the sole responsibility of the winner. This contest is sponsored by the agent of The Manhattan Club located at 200 West 56th Street, New York, NY 10019. Winner will be be notified in writing. Prize value is approximately $4,600 (may vary based upon destination). No purchase is necessary to participate. Must be 21 or over. If selected as a winner, by accepting a prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's use (unless prohibited by law) of his or her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes without further permission or compensation. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. |
