The New York City Package Drawing winner will receive: 2 nights’ double accommodations at The Manhattan Club, two tickets to a Broadway show of your choice, a $250 Shopping Certificate in the form of a Visa Gift Card, a $100 Dining Certificate and Breakfast for two.  All arrangements will be made by The Manhattan Club. Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Entries must be received by 12/31/2011. Drawing will be held on or before January 31, 2012 and winner will be notified in writing. Travel must be completed by July 31, 2012. Prize value is $1420. No purchase is necessary to participate. Purchase will not increase chances of winning. Must be 21 or over. Void where prohibited. If selected as the winner, by accepting prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's use (unless prohibited by law) of his or her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes without further permission or compensation. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.
